Whether you are a new fertilizer DIYer looking for a place to start, or you just need a simplified fertilizer schedule, we’re here to break down what your lawn needs each season! Check out our recommended applications below, and keep in mind two general rules:
1. Apply fertilizer every 90 days
2. Maintain at least 30-45 days in between back-to-back applications that contain Nitrogen
February 15 or early spring apply Sunniland Pre Emergent 0-0-7
After March 1 apply Weed & Feed, or a fertilizer (like Sunniland Professional 24-0-11) if your lawn does not need Weed and Feed

Sunniland 10-10-10
Sunniland Nitrogreen 16-0-8
Optional application beginning in April: Chinch Bug Granules monthly or as needed based on bug activity
*check your area for a fertilizer ban first
